Returns & Refunds
We aim to provide you with as much information as we can about our products so you can make an informed purchasing decision, however we will allow you to return an item if it is not what you require within 14 days of receipt as long as it has not been used and is returned in its original undamaged packaging.

Upon receipt of the item(s) at our premises we will refund the full value of the item(s) subject to them being unused, in their original condition and packaging. Unless otherwise agreed, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If any goods are found are found to be fault please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with details of any issue.
All warranty items must be returned to our address with full details of their fault. Warranty on all pre-built equipment is on a back to base basis where you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items. If upon receipt of the goods the fault is found to be with the equipment all repair work and cost of re-delivery will be covered by steamandpressure.co.uk. If the fault is found to be through operator error or physical damage then the work will be charged at our standard rates.
If parts are purchased and fitted by the customer no warranty can be supplied for incorrect fitment or set-up.
