Service Contracts, Maintenance and Breakdown cover
We offer full on-site service and repair work for all makes and types of cleaning equipment from pressure washers and scrubber dryers to vacuum cleaners and steam cleaners. If it cleans we can fix it.
We use well trained and experienced staff with well stocked modern vehicles and can therefore offer a prompt response to all callouts.
As we are main dealers for many manufacturers including Karcher, Ehrle, Gerni, Warwick, Numatic and Alto we are able to offer demonstrations and on-site surveys for most equipment due to the support of these major manufacturers.
We try to concentrate our machine sales and service work in the following areas to give the best possible back-up with a standard callout charge no matter what location with-in our supplying area. (We can deliver machines outside of these areas and have a good dealer back-up on most machines)
The main areas we cover are Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Avon, Sussex, Surrey and Berkshire.
We offer one off breakdown visits, or fixed price services at your convenience.
We can also offer service contracts from 2 visits per annum to suit your usage and requirements. These contracts take the pressure off of you and ensure that the equipment is kept in tip top order for health and safety and the tasks that you obviously purchased it for in the first place.
You cannot purchase the contracts on-line because we feel it is important to suit the correct contract to your needs.
To book a service or repair and to discuss service contracts for your requirements please either call or e-mail Mark on 0800 137894 / mark@steamandpressure.com
Nearly all of our customers that have taken the service contract option continue with this service on a long term basis. We have contracts for the MOD on military cleaning machines, Fire Service, Police Force, Ambulance, NHS right down to single user owner operator businesses.
ALL SERVICE CONTRACTS INCLUDE BREAKDOWN VISITS WITH NO CALLOUT CHARGE WHILST IN THE CONTRACT PERIOD.
