Returns Policy

If you receive your order and it is wrong/faulty/not what you wanted,then please contact us before returning your order,either via email or phone so that we can assist you with your problem.

Please include your invoice as proof of purchase or a photocopy if you require it for your records. Please always include a note with your returned goods stating your name, reason for return and how the item was ordered (website or telephone). This helps us to locate your order details and sort out returns/exchanges as quickly as possible. Goods returned for exchange or refund MUST be in new, unused, re-saleable condition, with all packaging etc.

If the goods are being returned due to being faulty or incorrect then carriage charges will be our responsibility and a full refund/replacement will be offered. If it is due to being no longer required etc then return charges will be at your expense.

Refunds will be carried out as soon as possible, although please allow up to 30 days. returns must be made within 14 days.

We recommend using either Royal Mail Recorded or Royal Mail Special Delivery with which to return goods to us. We will not be held responsible if you are returning goods and they do not arrive.
