Delivery Policy
UK orders are sent by courier or Royal mail delivery services please allow 1- 4 days for delivery.
We aim to despatch orders as quickly as we can and although we try to despatch the same working day this cannot be guaranteed.
ALL ORDERS SENT MAY HAVE TO BE SIGNED FOR. If you are not in then the delivery driver should leave you a card informing you to collect your order from your nearest depot or to call to re-arrange delivery. Please note: we have no control over how the delivery Service operates and we will not be held liable for late/delayed orders.If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timescale then do contact us.
If upon receipt the order is in anyway damaged or incorrect this must be noted on the couriers docket and you must not sign received in good condition. Please then immediately report the damage to us either by e-mail or telephone.
If the item order is not currently available you will be contacted with expected delivery date or any replacement options.
Please contact us before ordering any machines if you are outside of our stated service/repair area. The reason for this is we may not be able to offer an on-site warranty repair back-up for certain areas. ( We can still supply machines to these areas but they would have to be on a return to base basis.)
If machines are ordered without prior agreement outside of our stated service /repair area then we must assume that you agree with a back to base warranty. With all transport charges at the customers expense.
